Land Acquisition: Notification under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, pertaining to the land acquisition, rehabilitation, and resettlement required for the improvement of the Major District Road-3 (MDR-3) / State Highway-249—specifically the stretch from Pedgaon Pati to Hivra (SH-249, Km 425)—falling under the ambit of the LIGO-India Project.
